This is a rare set of ceramic quail bird sculptures, similar designs are attributed to Frederick Cooper. These figurines are crafted from porcelain and measure approx. 6.5" and 4.75" tall. The large bird has a few spots of chipped paint and some discoloring to the gold gilt and the small bird has a small spot of chipped paint and missing his topknot. There is a stamp on the bottom but it is hard to read. While the sculptures are damaged, collectors and enthusiasts may appreciate their unique design and craftsmanship, making them a valuable addition to a collection of animal-themed decor.
